They link up with our Ushers to let them know so that our special visitors can be directed properly to their seats.They work hand in hand with the security. The protocol links with the Ushers to know what the church needs for our special guests.They also coordinates and direct members who want to see the pastor and perform any other duty  that maybe assigned by the pastor or the church.
